PAC is about discovering that we can meet ourselves,
one another, and the changing experiences of life with greater awareness, kindness, and openness.

About Benaz
Benaz is a compassionate coach and longtime practitioner of mindfulness, meditation, and contemplative inquiry.
Her path has been shaped by more than three decades of personal exploration and lived experience, including loss, illness, life transitions, uncertainty, and inner transformation.
Over the years, she has explored a variety of spiritual and awareness-based practices. What she has come to value most is not having all the answers, but learning to meet life as it unfolds, with greater awareness, acceptance, and compassion.
Her own experiences have deepened her understanding that being human includes vulnerability, joy, grief, uncertainty, and change. None of these experiences needs to be excluded for us to find a sense of belonging.
Through PAC — Presence • Acceptance • Compassion, Benaz creates a welcoming space where people can pause, reconnect with themselves, and explore a kinder relationship with their thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and everyday experiences.
Her approach is not about fixing people, eliminating difficult emotions, or telling others how they should live. Instead, she invites curiosity, compassionate attention, and direct experience, allowing insight and understanding to arise naturally.
As a facilitator, Benaz offers gentle guidance, thoughtful reflections, and awareness practices while honoring each participant's unique experience. She holds the structure of the gathering while everyone participates as equals, with mutual respect and shared humanity.
At the heart of her work is a simple understanding:
We do not need to become someone different before we can belong.
Individual sessions may also be available upon request.
Sometimes a different relationship with ourselves begins when we stop treating our experience as something that needs to be fixed.
